Our Payouts
The amount we pay you for the gold will depend on the quality and quantity of the gold you send and the London Gold Fixing spot price for that day's trading.
This is how the payment is determined:
- Once your Gold Pack is received; an itemised inventory will be made.
- The items will be professionally appraised and tested to determine the purity of the gold content (i.e. the carat or quality of the gold).
- The items will be weighed to determine the quantity of gold.
- Based on these results, payment is determined by the price of gold, according to the rates for that day.
- A cheque for that amount will be processed and mailed to you.
It is important that you bear in mind when selling gold that this is assessed for its scrap value only. We do not re-sell gold jewelry and therefore it has no ornamental value to us. However, with King Cash Gold's satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your payout, you simply need to contact us or return your cheque to us within 12 working days.
