Track Your Gold Pack
As soon as your Gold Pack is received by us, we can provide you with updates on its status at every stage of the process.
- You will need your unique customer number, which can be found on the pre-paid return pack which arrived with your Gold Pack.
- You then need to enter your tracking number into the box below and click 'Submit'.
Please allow 3-5 working days from the date you post your Gold Return Pack to us before making enquiries. King Cash Gold aims to complete the processing of your items as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the valuation of your jewellery, simply return the check and call us within twelve (12) business days of the date written on the check, and we will promptly return your items.
